**TERMS & CONDITIONS**

50% Advance payment is required for the booking confirmation.
Balance payment should be settled 05 days before the event.
The refundable deposit is Rs.25,000/-
Ground/Other damages will be recovered from the refundable deposit.
Payment should be made in favor of "GYMKHANA CLUB"
Government Taxes/Municipal council/other payment slips and related documents must be handed over to the club office or sent via email (gymkhana.colombo@gmail.com) before 03 days to the event.
Email should be subject to the booking number.
